Once you have completed an order and received your email confirmation, DLA Promotions initiates the order fulfillment process. Please forward a copy of your email confirmation to us at DLRetail@DLAPromotions.com and we will make every effort to cancel or modify prior to shipping.

Yes! A confirmation email will be sent after your order is placed and will include an order number that you can reference if you have any questions. You can also check your order status on the My Account page.

We accept credit card payment at checkout, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

    Please ensure the following information being entered matches the credit card being used:
  • The Name, address, and zip code in the billing field at check out must match the billing information for the credit card being used. (if you've recently changed addresses, call the number on your card to ensure the credit card issuer has this information accurately in their system)
  • Double check that the credit card number, expiration date and security code match the card being used.

Defective Items: You can return defective items for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
